Before your service starts, you will receive a 60-minute “on the way” text from our kind Doody Free Lawn technicians. Although it is not necessary for customers to be at home when service is provided, we do ask that cleaning areas be easily accessible and that no dangerous dogs be left outside in the yard. To make sure no dogs inadvertently escape your yard, your Doody Free Lawn specialist will snap a picture with your gate closed (if applicable) and submit it once your yard is free of dog feces.
